Christine was born in Gander on February 22, 1956. In 1982 she married her loving husband Terry. Christine was predeceased by her mother and father, James and Dinah Butt and brothers Melvin and Clayton. She leaves to mourn her husband, Terry, son Josh (Vicki), sister, Dora (Pat) Hickey. Christine also leaves a large circle of relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place . Resting at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander with visitation Tuesday November 14th 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Wednesday, November 15th at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Gander. . Interment All Saints Cemetery. Christine fought an amazing and courageous battle with cancer for nearly two years which earned her the respect of all who knew her. Christine’s family would like to thank all those who showed great warmth and friendship to her. A special thanks to the staff of James Paton Memorial Hospital, Father William Hearn, Father David Joy and the staff of Stacey’s Funeral Home and all who contributed food, thoughts and prayers.
