Mr & Mrs Dooley & Family. If anyone knew Phil they would have a lifetime friend. Growing up in Gander we all knew Phil,and Danny and the Dooley family. Phil always stopped by our home to talk with anyone that was available. Even at a young age he always knew what was wrong with a bike instantly if it wasn't working right. Sometimes it's hard to understand why such a good person had to leave this world so young. His work on Earth was done and he was needed in Heaven for another wonderful journey.My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Phil's friends. To the people of Gander that were touched by just the presence of Phil and most of all to his Mom,his Dad and all of his family. God's speed on a Golden Wing Phil.xo
