Charlie always made sure every year that mom was supplied with berries, & if she had any small chores that needed to be done she could always call on Charlie. Such a kind person who will be missed.

I have so many memories of berrypicking with him - and discussions about berrypicking - he knew where all the good spots were! Every time I came home he always filled up my suitcase with whatever I was looking for - I knew who to ask if I wanted a few rabbits or something to go back to Toronto with. He was so faithful in visiting Mom and Dad when they were in the hospital - I always knew that Uncle Charlie was around if I needed him to do something for Dad. I will miss him for that!
