MY Big Brother Fred

It is sad news about my brother Fred, I was talking to Fred on the phone November 10th, he asked me not to leave to go to BC, instead come out and visit him. We spoke for an hour and had lots to chat about. I told Fred I will come to Gander to see him when I get back from BC. Before we hung up the phone, Fred said that he loved me and to take of myself. It is difficult to think I will not be able to see Fred when I visit Gander. I can still picture Fred wearing his baseball cap while sitting on the bridge at Rosemary's place in Gander, which he enjoyed. There are no words to express the sadness I feel. I have fond memories of Fred while growing up, one time when I was in the hospital, I was only 14, the nurses said that I would always call out to my big brother Fred. Fred would come to visit me and always brought Large bag of goodies to me. He was a very caring brother and will miss him deeply. Love Eva
