Passed peacefully away at Lakeside Homes, Gander on August 16th, 2008 Mona Coriene Smith age 84 years. Predeceased by husband Cecil , son Wayne, parents Oliver and Lela Duncan, sister Eva Lewis , brothers Ormond , Thorton, Robert , Raymond and Wendel Duncan , great grandchild Emma.
Left with loving memories are son Weyman (Mabel) of Calgary, AB., daughter Myrna (Calvin) of Gander, brothers Delbert of Port Elgin , NB., Walter (Verda) of Kelowna BC., Roy (Emily) of Edmonton, AB., sisters Freda of Antigonish NS., Martha of Rexton NB., grandchildren Darryl (Esther), Anthony (Kristy), Melissa (Justin), Paul, Heather (Sukie), Mark, Peter. Great Grandchildren Darryl Jr., Amber, Conner, Alexander, Jadea, Maxwell, Evan. Devon Alliance Church, Devon AB., and Gander International Church, Gander. Also a large circle of nieces , nephews and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, St. John's with visitations Monday August 18th from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
