It is with great sadness that the family of Catherine Stirling announces her sudden passing on Friday, April 27th, 2018 at the age of 47 years. Cathy will be lovingly remembered by her husband Walter, father Carl Burden, sisters Carolyn (Jeff), Crystal (Travis), brother Stephen (Cidalia), nieces Chelsea and Rebecca and a large circle of family and friends. Cathy was predeceased by her mother Nina Burden and sister Faith. Family will be receiving friends at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander on Tuesday May 1, 2018 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where a private family service will be held on Wednesday May 2, 2018 officiated by Pastor Mike Freake with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Cathy may be made to the Gander and Area SPCA.
