Condolence: To the family of Wesley Oake
I am proud to have called this dear man a friend! His hug and kind words ever time we met are cherished. He lived such a great life it leaves a void for all who knew him. I am sure you the family feel this great loss more than any!
We all know that Wes is with the Lord Jesus Christ whom he loved and served faithfully. He remained true to his convictions in a changing world which earned him great respect by all.
We thank God for the wonderful hope of eternal life. For all who remain true to the Lord we know we shall live for ever with Christ. May you all find great comfort in knowing life is eternal!

Condolence: Myrtle and family: My deepest Condolences in the loss of your dear Wes . He was truly a kindred spirit and loved by all who knew him. I hope the many years of memories with bring you all peace and comfort at the sad time . He may be gone but will never be forgotten .

Condolence: What a blessing to have lived for 96 years, and to have been so active, in mind and body. I remember him well, when he was the minister of the United Church in Glenwood and they lived on the hill in Appleton. He was a well respected man in out community, and very easy to approach. A life well lived,

Deepest sympathy in your time of bereavement. To me Rev. Oake was a man of great respect. I will never forget when he came to Twillingate for a Church crusade. That week he had 75 converts and I was the first one to make that decision.
