Condolence: I had been wondering this Fall where Ross might be as it’s been quite a long long time since I’ve seen him....I distinctly remember and have a picture of me and him in my yard when I was maybe 15 or 16....i lately had been wondering about him and mentioned about him to my husband just a few weeks ago....a beautiful person was Ross and am very glad I knew him in our younger years ......to accidentally come upon this tonight is unbelievable....but obviously it is real......the picture depicts his personality to the T....and I am most sincere to say I’m so very very sorry to each of the Payne Family for your grevious loss.....I hope with all my heart that your memories with him forever keep you guys smiling within your heart and on your face....because I know for a fact of days gone by that they will be nothing but proudful good memories......I am so very sorry....and I tell you he was the absolute best.
