Obituary for Erinn Joy Penney
Passed peacefully from the world on June 29th, 2019, Erinn Joy Penney. Erinn was born in Gander on October 02, 1980.
Left with wonderful memories are her parents, Patrick and Gloria Penney, her daughter, Samantha Smith- who was Erinn’s world-, her partner, Sheldon Mercer, brother, Paddy Penney (Angie), sister, Noleen Penney (Keith), Nephews Ryan King, Gabriel King, Blake King, Dylan Penney, niece, Mackenzie Penney, Uncle Brendan and Aunt Helen Penney, Uncle Derick and Aunt Doreen Ivany, Uncle Doug and Aunt Sharon Batson, Uncle Philip and Aunt Eileen Penney, Uncle Charlie and Gemma Loughlin, Uncle Sean and Aunt Stephany Penney, and first cousins Christopher, Charlene, Shane, Kenneth, Daniel, Justin, Tony, Peter, Bobby, Josh and Sydney, extended family and many, many friends.
Predeceased by her Aunt Doreen Loughlin, Papa and Nan Penney and Nan and Gramps Ivany. Erinn will also be with her dear friend, Susette.
Family will be accepting friends on Friday, July 5th from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 6th at 2:00 P.M. from St. Jospeh’s Roman Catholic Church. Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Erinn’s memory can be made to the Gander and Area SPCA.
