It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joseph Penney announce his passing on July 21st, 2019 at the age of 76 years. He was predeceased by his wife Jacqueline; parents Anastasia and Joe; siblings: William, Patrick, Yvonne and Mary Anne (Mame). He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Joseph, Kimberly; stepchildren: Bruce, Heather, Dwight, Angela, and Carla (Billy – deceased); Siblings: Madeline, Cyril, Mike; 9 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, all he was very close to and a large number of friends. In keeping with Joseph’s wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Stacey’s Funeral Home Gander/Carmanville.
