Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the James Paton Memorial Health Center, Gander on September 4th 2019 at the age of 64.
Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Jessie Best, father-in-law Jesse Chaulk, nephews Tyler Sturge and Wilson Jr. Chaulk.
Leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Gorden of 46 years , son Jason (Cathy) Chaulk of Musgrave Harbour , daughter Joan Abbott Tarrant (Peter) of Gander, 2 precious granddaughters whom she adored Kaylie (Colby), Sarah (Ethan) and Sarah's dad Sheldon, mother-in-law Vera Chaulk, brothers Bill Best (Christina) of Brookfield , Frank Best (Florence) of Wesleyville , Raymond Best (Gloria) of Dartmouth NS., Kevin Best (Heather) of Kilbride , sisters Vera Winsor (Fraser) of Wesleyville, Winnie Stratton (Edwin) of Valleyfield , Arlene Sturge of Wesleyville , Lillian Spurell (Brian) of Brookfield ,
brother-in-laws Curtis Chaulk of St. John's, Wilson Chaulk (Linda) of Gander, sister-in-law Joan Whalen (Tom) of Gander, nieces, nephews, her church Family and many many friends.
Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
Funeral service Saturday, September 7th at the Salvation Army Citadel, Gander at 2:30 pm.
Reception to follow at the Citadel .
