Obituary for Curtis Coles

Passed away peacefully at his Residence on Thursday, October 31st, 2019, Curtis Coles, age 78.

Predeceased by his wife Joan, parents Joe and Ina Coles, brother Glenn, sister Cassie and nephew Robbie, sister-in-law Alma, brothers-in-law Ron Faulkner, Lawrence Guy and Harvey Faulkner.

Left to mourn with loving memories are his daughter Barbie (Peter) of Gander, brothers Larry of Aspen Cove, Ivan (Doreen) of Aspen Cove, sisters Barb of Aspen Cove, Joan of Musgrave Harbour, Jacqueline of Clarnville, Bonnie (Bob West) of Ladle Cove, grandchildren Crystal (Stephen), Amanda (Jonathan) great-grandchildren Gracie Joan, Jacob Curtis and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Resting at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander on Tuesday, November 5th from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. and Wednesday, November 6th from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place at 3:00 P.M. from Fraser Road United Church. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date.

Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Curtis’s memory may be made to the Gander and Area SPCA, 36 McCurdy Dr. Gander, NL. A1V 1A2.

Curtis’s life revolved around his family, Cabin and Fishing. He was a member of the Fraser Road United Church Choir, sold tickets for the Gander Flyers and a member of the RCMP Auxillary for 25 years.
