It is with great sadness that I learned of Stella's death, although I have lived away from Newfoundland for many years, it was always a pleasure to see her and catch up of old times whenever I could, she will be missed.

To Bev, Kay and all the family. So saddened to hear of Stella's passing. I remember all the times she visited mom when mom was sick. She was such a wonderful person and family meant so much to her. She will be greatly missed. So sorry I cannot make it out to the service on Friday but my thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

Stella was a good friend and a good neighbour. I remember her going in the ambulance with Mrs. Penny when she was having a heart attack in the early morning hours. A very conscientious lady.

Beverley, Kay and families,
I was so sorry to learn of Stella's passing. I have so many fond memories of Stella all the way back to growing up as little girls in Middle Brook. We each went our separate ways after high school and eventually ended up in the same profession. We reconnected in later years and spent time together in Florida and continued to keep in touch and share stories of our families. Her family was very important to her. I was happy to have had the opportunity to visit her last summer. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
