July 21, 1949 - April 23, 2020
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Isobel (Payne) Downey, age 70 on April 23, 2020 at her home, in the arms of her husband, Bob
Donna was predeceased by her parents , Stephen and Helen Payne, father and mother -in-law Harold and Laura Downey and brother-in-law Earl Downey.
Leaving to mourn are her husband of 48 years, Bob, sons Jay Robert (Sarah), Jeffrey Adam (Stacy Payne), daughters Stefanie Dawn (David Wiseman), Susan Helen Laura (Matt Garon), grandchildren Emmett, Ethan, Zack and Josh. Also leaving behind sisters Grace(Al) Christie and family, Kathy (Terry) Andrews and family, brother Steve (Virginia Mak) Payne, brother -in-law Max (Sylvia) Downey and family, sister-in-law Brenda Downey and family and special cousin Joan Noel. She also leaves behind a large circle of friends whose lives she touched over the years.
A special thank you to Dr. Popadiuk, Dr. Culleton, Dr. Casey and all the Nursing Angels at the Gander Cancer
Clinic. We cannot praise them enough for all they have done.
Cremation has taken place with interment at a later date.
