December 25, 1929 – August 26, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Charles Parsons announce his passing at his residence on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at the age of 90 years. He was predeceased by his wife Beulah, sons: Frank, Anthony; daughter Christine; grandson Blair; brother Tobias and sisters: Susie, Francis and Emma. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Raymond Parsons; daughters: Lucy Pritchett (Clyde), Madeline Brown (Sam); brothers: Peter (Elizabeth), Robert, Richard (Emma); sisters: Caroline (Allen), Marianne, Eliza (Adam), Margaret; grandchildren: Tony, Ernie, Mike, Barb, Dale, Cheryl, and Rylee. A special thanks to his grandson Tony for being there as caretaker. In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place with interment to take place at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Hare Bay. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to The Canadian Red Cross Gander would be very much appreciated.
