Obituary for Lucy Hart
Passed away peacefully on December 8,2020 at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander NL, Lucy Hart at the age of 94 years.
Predeceased by loving husband of 69 years John, siblings Chesly, George, Royburn, Blanche, Christine and Shirley. Parents Kenneth and Elizabeth Hodder.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are daughters Mildred Power (Ben), Ivy Hodder and Gladys Hancott (Royburn). Son Eugene Hart (Sylvia). A large circle of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Lucy was born in Davidsville NL May 6th 1926. Moved to change islands and got married in 1943.
Lucy was a very kind and gentle soul who adored her family and took pleasure in the simple things of life. Her loving ways will be missed by many.
We, the family would like to thank the Gander Bay Retirement home for the care that was given to our beautiful loved one.
Cremation has taken place. Donations can be made in memory to the Local food bank.or a charity of your choice.
