Obituary for Dorothy Young
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear beloved sister, aunt and loving daughter. Dorothy Lorraine Young, passed away at the age of 59 on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 at James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander. She went peacefully into the arms of Jesus.
Predeceased by her Dad Thomas Young, Mother Mary Stone ,brother-in-laws, Jim Barron ,Wesley Eddison and Stanley Bishop.
Left loving memories are her sister’s: Barbara (Keith Burt) of Gander , Nellie Bishop of Greens Harbour , Florence Barron of St. John’s, Winnie Eddison of Noddy Bay, Brother Thomas Young of Stephenville, Lloyd Young (Joyce) of Quirpon, Norman Young (Glenda) of Griquet, Eric Young( Mariah) of Quirpon, Elgie Young of Greens Harbour, many Nieces and Nephews and her step-father Roland Stone.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place and she will be laid to rest with our Momma at the Living Waters Cemetery in Springdale.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to the family.
