Obituary for Valerie Heffern
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Valerie (Val) Heffern announce her passing at the James Paton Memorial Health Center, Gander on January 14, 2021 at the age of 58. Valerie was pre-deceased by her father, Garland Heffern and mother, Marion Heffern.
Leaving to mourn are her sons Daniel and Scott Ralph, Grandson Noah Simms, brothers Doug Heffern, Jeff (Denise) Heffern, Gary (Trina) Heffern, sisters Joy (Roger) Penney and Elizabeth (Melvin) Vatcher, as well as nephews, nieces and a large circle of other family, friends and pets.
Cremation has taken place.
A funeral service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Valerie’s memory may be made to the family or to the Special Olympics.
Arrangements entrusted through Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander.
