Obituary for Charlie Ralph

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Charlie Maxwell Ralph Jr. Charlie passed away peacefully on April 8th at the age of 73 years surrounded by his loving family.

Charlie was born on August 23, 1948, in Gander, NFLD. Affectionately known as Char, he loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time berry picking with his partner, Noreen and tending to his plants. Char was very mechanically inclined, and he could often be found tinkering in his garage and fixing up vehicles. But what Char will be most remembered for was his infectious smile and hospitality. Char always had an open-door policy and welcomed everyone he met into his home. He treated everyone like family and affectionately referred to everyone as “Me Buddy”. Char was a very loving father and grandfather. He was a kind, thoughtful and generous person who loved to laugh and he will be missed dearly. This is not goodbye, this is see you later, me buddy

Charlie is predeceased by his parents Charlie Sr. and Susie Ralph, sister Viola, brother, Jerry, and niece Michelle.

Leaving to mourn is his long-time girlfriend of many years, Noreen, his children Karen (Mark), Steven, and four grandchildren. Brothers, Calvin (Lynn), Claude (Bessie), Paul (Corina), Shawn (Betty), Vern (Betty). Sisters Dianne (Eric). Helen (Ed), Ruth (Jim), Brenda (Steve), Barbara (Steven), Bonnie, Sharon (Herbert), Susan (Roland), his Aunt Helen Rose (Wally) and many nieces and nephews.
