Obituary for Robert Penney
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Robert James Penney of Gander, NL on Sunday, December 11th at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, age 71.
He is Predeceased by his Parents, Helen and James Penney. His loving Wife, Brenda and his beloved Son, Darryl along with his Brothers, Vince and Jack.
Left to mourn are his two children, Robert (Nancy) of CBS, Jennifer (Brian) of Ottawa; grandchildren: Brandon, Alexandra, Erin, Jackson, Chloe and Jonah along with three great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Colleen of St. John's; sisters: Cathy, Dot, Mary, Alice and Hilda; brothers: Fred and Mike.
Family will be receiving friends at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander on Thursday December 15th at 10am with a small private family service immediately following at 11am, also at Stacey's Funeral Home with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's Memory may be made to the Canadian VHL Alliance via the website www.cvhla.ca
