Obituary for Melina (Eva) Rose Tarrant

Melina Eva Rose
April 2nd, 1967 – December 23rd, 2022
At 55 Years Young, Eva passed peacefully into Glory land at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on December 23rd, 2022, comforted through her faith and trust in God.
She was predeceased by her parents Mary Ann & Lindsay Tarrant.
Eva leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her only child and reason for life, her son Jordan (20); brothers: Craig (Heather), Abraham (Lisa), Peter (Joan) and many nieces and nephews and also leaving to mourn a large circle of family and friends.
Special friends include Myrtle Angel, Margurite Riggs and her home support worker Judy Goodyear. Judy worked with her until the end and became best friends. Judy was the sister that she never had. Eva was a woman who was loved by many and she touched many lives. Eva had a strong faith in Christ and touched many people’s hearts and lives by her Testimony.
A celebration of life for Eva and the beautiful soul she was will take place at a later date.
John 11:25-26. Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die.
