George always loved a good laugh, and a visit with family and friends. His quiet, humble
nature touched the hearts of many. He worked in the logging industry for over 40 years,
and his garden was the envy of all who stopped by for a visit. The great outdoors was
where he loved to be. He firmly believed that our life duty was to care for each other no
matter what.
We, the Family, would like to extend our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all
the doctors and most incredible nurses and staff at James Paton Memorial Hospital, 3rd
Floor, Gander, and to family and friends who have sent love and support during the last
few months. Your compassionate care, concern, and kindness will never be forgotten.
Service at a later date. Donations in George’s memory can be made to Holy Trinity
Church, Wing’s Point or a Charity of one’s choice.
Arrangements entrusted through Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander - Carmanville.
