It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Daphnee Donna Ashanna Elsie Balsor on February 26th, 2023. Daphnee was 14 days old.
She is predeceased by the great-grandmother Elsie Oldford, her great-great-grandfather Edgar Gillingham, great-grandmother Beatrice Humphries, great-grandfather Raymond Humphries, great-grandfather Hayward Starkes, great-grandmother Mary Chapman, great-grandfather Robert (Bob) Burden, step-great-grandfather George Chapman, great-grandfather Harvey Coles, step-great grandmother Flora Coles, great uncle Baxter Coles, great uncle Mervin Coles,
Leaving to mourn with loving memories of her are her loving parents Mother Nicole Balsor, Father Steven Whittle, grandfather Tony Coles ,nana Sophie Humphries and Papa Shawn Humphries, grandmother Emily “Donna” Nichol, grandfather Robert Balsor, her three aunties April Whittle, Reanna Humphries, Ashley Humphries, aunts Chelsea Cluett, Emily Cleghorn (Brent),hononary special auntie Zola Critch, , her cousin Logan Jackson, , great-grandfather Alpheaus Oldford and wife Hannah, great-grandmother Fay Starkes, great-grandfather Thomas Whittle, great-nanny Sharon Kearley,great-grandparents Justin and Mabel Balsor, great-uncle Craig Oldford, great-aunt Sheila and cousin Mckayla Oldford,great-aunt Donna Boone and family, great-aunt Kathy Coles and family, great-aunt Lorrilee Coles and family and great-aunt Sue-Ellen Coles and great-uncle Dan Carter and family, great-uncle Bram Whittle,, numerous great-aunts, great uncles, cousins, hononary aunts, uncles and family and a large circle of family and friends.
Special thanks to the Eastport Fire Department, Gambo ambulance Service, the Staff of James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, they all went above and beyond in the care of our precious Daphnee. A very special Thank-you to Major Rex Colbourne in the dedication of Baby Daphnee and being there for our family, as well, a special Thank you to Sharon Pritchett.
A small private family visitation and funeral service will take place at Stacey’s Funeral Home.
