Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Monday, March 6th, 2023, Glenda Joyce Easton, age 88.
Predeceased by her parents Henry and Jessie Sheppard, children Zeta and Ricky, brother and sister-in-law Lester and Lorraine, son-in-law Wallace, grandson-in-law Matthew Snook, parents-in-law Walter and Ivy Easton, brother-in-law Bertram Swain and sister-in-law Leoness Easton.
Left to mourn with loving memories are her husband Edison, sons Tony of Noggin Cove, Larry (Diane) of Carmanville, daughters Barbara Gillingham (partner Boyd Cull) of Noggin Cove, Sharon (David Parsons) of Noggin Cove, brother-in-law Howard Easton of CBS, sister Lorna (Harvey Boone) of Campbellton, sister-in-law Verna Swain of Carbonear, sister-in-law Phyllis ( Surrey Hulan )of CBS, grandchildren Blaine (Margie), Heather (Colin), Jill (Doyin), Matthew (Chantal), Nicholas (Ashley), Paul (Caroline), Blair (Brittany), great-grandchildren Kate, Chloe, Leo, Eli, Shea, Reed, Tate, James, Allie, Emile, Mila, Demi and a circle of relatives and friends.
Family will be receiving friends at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Carmanville on Thursday, March 9th from 2:00 P.M. -4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. and Friday, March 10th from 11: A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place on Friday, March 10th at 2:00 P.M. Interment will follow at the United Cemetery, Noggin Cove.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Mrs. Easton’s memory may be made to the Noggin Cove Cemetery.
