It is with great sadness that we the family of the late Kenny Collins announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre on Wednesday March 15, 2023.
Kenny was a very caring man to everyone around him he was an amazing brother to four brothers, three sisters, he then found the love of his life Kay of Stag Harbour Fogo Island, they raised two boys together Shane and Jordan. They were his world along with his grandchildren.
Predeceased by , father Edward James Collins (Jim) , Mother Jean Collins, of Indian islands, Granddaughter Cassie Nichol, brothers: Eldon Collins, Tony Collins and sister Dorothy Gallant.
Leaves to mourn. Wife Kay , two son’s Shane of Carmanville, Jordan and Krista Nichol of Fort McMurray. Grandchildren, Telena , Latisha, Cassie-Lynn and Zayden . Father and Mother in law David and Amelia Nichol Stag Harbour .Brothers ,Robert and Trudy Collins of Carmanville , Bert and Margurite Collins Frederickton. Sisters Darlene and Keith , Fort McMurray . Tracy and Tony Fort McMurray. Brother in law, Tony Nichol Stag Harbour. Sister in law’s Joan Nichol ,BC . Trudy And Carl Sheppard of Stag Harbour . Marina Squires of Gander . Janette Nichol of Bishop Falls . Marlene and Larry Bowers of Gander. A wide circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In keeping with Kenny's wishes, cremation has taken place.
