Glen Langdon
September 1st,1959 -March 24th,2023




It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glen Langdon. Glen passed peacefully away at JPMH on March 24, 2023 with his family at his side. He lost his battle to ALS at the young age of 63.

Glen is predeceased by his parents, Gladys and Harold; brother, Harold; sister, Beverly; parents-in-law, Margie and Alex Stuckless; brothers-in-law, Morris Stuckless, Alvin Stuckless, and John Evans; sister-in-law, Kim Langdon.

He leaves to mourn his wife Carrie, daughter Sabrina, son-in-law Adam, grandchildren Tyeson and Katie; Siblings Tony, Joan (Bill), Barb, Shirley, Karen and Audrey: In-laws Fronie, Wilfred (Brenda), Perry (Debbie): Nieces and Nephews and a large circle of friends.

Glen was born on September 1, 1959 to Gladys and Harold Langdon. He was raised in Northern Arm with multiple sibilings. He met the love of his life and wife of 40 years in his teenage years and married 4 years later in 1982 in Edmonton, AB. They had their one and only child Sabrina in 1984 and moved back to Glenwood to settle down in 1986. He worked all of his life operating heavy equipment and never made retirement. Glen loved the outdoors and spending time in the woods hunting with his brother, riding skidoo and quad, enjoying time at the cabin and most importantly enjoying time with his two most prized possessions, his grandkids. He enjoyed tinkering in the garage and was known for his ability to be a jack of all trades and was always lending a helping hand to friends and family. He was a man of few words, who had his sense of humor to the very end. He will be dearly missed and forever loved by Carrie, Sabrina, Adam, Tyeson and Katie.

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS DONATIONS TO THE ALS SOCEITY OF NEWFOUNLAND ARE APPRECIATED.

Family will be receiving friends at Stacey's Funeral Home on Monday March 27th,2023 from 2pm -4pm and 7pm to 9pm

The service will be held at the Pentecostal Church in Glenwood, NL on Tuesday March 28th,2023 at 2pm with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery ,Glenwood ,NL
