“You are a terrific pop, dad, and husband. Thank you for everything you’ve done for all of us.”

Cyril Harry Tulk was born in Aspen Cove on September 10th, 1947. He was the eldest of 8 children born to Wallace and Flossie Tulk. Cyril lost his dad at the age of 18 and took on the responsibility of not only being the best big brother but also a father figure to his siblings.

Cyril moved to Kitchener in the late 1960’s where he married his childhood neighbor Kathleen Goodyear, they had 54 years of marriage. They have 3 daughters, Valerie, Lisa and Brenda.

Cyril worked as a heavy equipment operation for most of his working career. Until at the age of 41 he was struck with a kidney disease and received a transplant from his sister Marie Tulk-Ariss.

Cyril’s passion was the love for his family and the love of music. He would spend many hours playing and singing with his brother-in-law Calvin and Claude, they shared that special bond. He was loved and touched the lives of so many; he loved the Lord and his church family.

He will be dearly missed.
