February 26th, 1977 – April 29th, 2023
Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre, St. John’s, NL on Saturday April 29th, 2023, Tammy Jennifer Collins of Carmanville at the age 46 years after a long battle with medical conditions.
She is predeceased by her grandparents Shirley Ellsworth, James King, Jim & jean Collins and Doug and Olive Andrews.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her mother Juanita (Doug); fathers: Robert (Trudy), Lawrence Andrews; sons: T.J., Brendon (Taylor); grandson Clauss; sisters: Nancy, Cherie-Lee (Steve); grandfather Edgar Ellsworth and also her niece, nephews, great nephew, aunts, uncles along with a large circle of other relatives and friends.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Collins Family.
