It is with great sadness that the family of Phyllis Dohaney announce her passing at JPMRH on March 02, 2026 at the age of 88.
Phyllis is predeceased by husband Edward, infant daughter Mary, parents Len & Rita Kieley, brother Michael and brother in-law Frank Stack.

Phyllis leaves behind her children:  Chris (Rose),Catherine (Jeff) and Edward (Miranda) and her cherished grandchildren Cameron (Marissa) Christopher (Rebecca) Ethan (Mary) and Madisan (Jordan). She also leaves her dear sister Eileen, brother Kevin (Joan) and sister in-law Verna (Harold) and many extended family members and friends.

The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the medical and nursing staff in both the Emergency and General Surgery floors of JPMRH who went above and beyond to ensure her comfort during her brief illness. We will be forever grateful for their care and compassion to our mother and our family during her time there.

Family will be accepting friends at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander on Thursday, March 5th from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M., Holy Rosary at 3:30 PM, and 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, March 6th at 11:00 A.M. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Gander. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
