In Loving Memory of Alice Ann Perry

August 18, 1951 – July 10, 2026

It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of Alice Ann Perry announces her peaceful passing on July 10, 2026, at the age of 74, following a brief illness.

Alice was predeceased by her loving parents, Harry and Harriett Perry; her infant brother Billy Perry,  brothers, Harry Perry and Roy Perry; and her special aunt, Alice Granter.

Left with cherished memories are her brother, Alfred Perry (Linda); her nephew, Jeff Perry (Lisa); her niece, Lori Oram (Jason); and her treasured great-nieces, Adrianna and Carleigh Oram. Alice is also lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Nellie Perry, her nieces and nephews; Cindy Hawkins (Harold), Gertie Rogers (Paul), Louise Holloway, Jim Perry (Jane), Reg Perry (Annie), Rick Perry (Elizabeth), Melissa Perry, Michelle Perry, Roy Perry (Kim); and many beloved great and great-great nieces and nephews, and extended family members.

Alice also leaves to mourn dear, lifelong friends who were very special to her.

Born on August 18, 1951, Alice spent most of her life in Glovertown, Newfoundland and Labrador, having lived briefly in Ontario. She later moved to Gander, calling Oram's Bethesda 2 home.

Alice had a gift for conversation and found great meaning in connecting with people and getting to know their families and their stories.
Whether meeting someone for the first time or reconnecting with an old friend, she delighted in discovering family connections and shared acquaintances.

A devoted Christian, Alice's faith was the foundation of her life.
She will be remembered for her unwavering faith and the love she shared so freely with her family and friends.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff of James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre and the staff of Oram's Bethesda Manor 2 for the compassionate care, comfort, and kindness they provided to Alice during her brief illness.

At Alice's request, a small private family graveside service will be held in Glovertown, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved parents.
