Keith Douglas Brown

April 13, 1954 – July 28, 2026

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Keith Douglas Brown of Cape Freels/Hare Bay on July 28, 2026 aged 72 years at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL.

Keith is predeceased by his parents Maxwell and Nellie Brown, son Kevin Alexander, Brothers Clifford Brown, Wilburn Brown, Neice Debbie Ford/Rideout, and Brother-In-Law Martin Ford

He leaves to mourn his partner Judy Stagg, sister Frances Ford (Alfred), brothers Lorne Brown (Joan) and Pastor Stewart Brown (Sandra).

Judy’s Children Grandchildren Dawn (Mike) – Alyssa & Sarah, Joy Mercer (Brandon) - Charles, Kayla (C.J.) – Colby, Jason & Chloe, Joshua (Rebecca) – Oakley & Callen.

Also, Judy’s sisters and brothers, Donald Brown (Janice), Wilburn Brown (Mabel), Shelley Boyde (Terry), Paula Sturge (Bill), Gaye Philpott (Tony) and Robin Peckford (Keith). As well as a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In keeping with Keith’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

The funeral servive will take place on Saturday August 8th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from The Salvation Army Church, Hare Bay with interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Hare Bay. 

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the family who will decide on monetary disbursements at a later date.
