It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ross Hoffe announce his peaceful passing at the Gander Long Term Care Home on August 16, 2026 at the age of 79 years.
Ross was predeceased by his parents Lionel and Hazel, brother Robert (Bob) and his beloved wife of 51 years, Christine.
He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Perry (Amanda), grandsons Kaiden and Kolton, sister Mona (Frank), brother Dave (Frances) Sister in Law Maxine, other relatives and friends.
Ross was a proud member of the Change Islands volunteer fire Department for 50 years. He was a kind and gentle man who will be fondly remembered by his community.
Family will be receiving friends at St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, Change Islands on Wednesday August 19th, 2026 between the hours of 10-12am followed by the service at 1pm officiated by Reverend Steward May with interment to follow at St. Margaret’s Anglican Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Stacy’s Funeral Home, Gander.
