Hope this story gives you a laugh.It sure gave your father a laugh, at the time.It was during the strike of '83,they were holding card games at Union Hall. I had heard of" Rabbit "Harris, but, had never met him.At one time,after moving, i ended up at the same table.I can't remeber who the other 2 players were.Anyway, when it was time for your father to deal, one of the men passed the cards to him and said"your turn to deal Rabbit. Now, with the name "Rabbit", i thought he would have large front teeth but, he laughed and, i saw his front teeth were missing. I was nervous, to start with, because i didn't know all 3 men, so, when i played a card, i said'It's your play Mr. Bunny".They all laughed soo hard Do you know...i have mentioned that story often.I think it's funny now but, boy, i was embarassed at the time.Bob mentioned it to me now and then and laughed at it. He was a lovely man.
