Acreman - Dorothy E. (nee Rowsell)
Passed peacefully away at the Miller Centre in St. John’s, in the presence of her loving nieces on May 16th, 2015, age 84.
Predeceased by her husband Ben, parents Wesley & Elsie (Paddock) Rowsell, brother Ross, sister & brother-in-law Bertha & Ken Styles, niece Marion, sister-in-law Marjorie Acreman, brother-in-law Jim Acreman , & her beloved dogs Tiny & Skippy.
Dot was a long-time Gander resident who enjoyed boating, skidooing, fishing, hunting, travel & fun times at the cabin with family & friends. She was an avid bingo player, & also creator of beautiful crocheted & hand-knit goods.
Left with fond & loving memories are her sister-in-law Carrie Rowsell, brother-in-law John Acreman (Dorothy), nieces & nephews Rhonda, Ron, Wes, Ches, Amonda, Janice, Margie, Ralph, Dennis, Bob, and their families, as well as her extended family & a large circle of friends.

Visitation at Stacey's Funeral Home on Monday, May 18th from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. and 7;00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 19th at 2:00 P.M. from Fraser Road United Church, Gander. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dot's memory may be made to the Gander SPCA or a charity of one’s choice.
