It is with great sadness that the family of William James Young announces his sudden passing on Monday, August 2, 2010. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Maxine, sons Todd (Lisa) of Corner Brook, Scott (Heather) of Gander and J.J. (Cindy) of Riverview, NB, sister Catherine Waterfield of St. John’s, grandchildren Matthew, Alexandra, Cody and Camryn, nephews Gary and Jeff Waterfield and an amazing circle of family and friends. Visitation will take place at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander, on Friday August 6th from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9 pm. Memorial service will be held at St. Martin’s Cathedral on Saturday, August 7th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
