He was predeceased by his father Howard Penney and father-in-law Raymond Hustins. Friends may visit Stacey’s Funeral Home, 60 Roe avenue on Thursday September 1, 2016 from 7-9 p.m., on Friday September 2, 2016 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday September 3, 2016 from 12-2 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from The Salvation Army Citadel, Gander on Saturday September 3, 2016 at 4 p.m. officiated by Captains Sheldon & Ashley Bungay with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made in Morley’s memory to the H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. Morley was born and raised in Horwood, NL. A place he called home and loved to visit every chance he could. In 1980, he met and fell in love with his wife Christine and they were married in 1982. A marriage of almost 34 years. In 1983, his first son Matthew was born followed by the birth of his second son Shawn in 1987. In 2001, Morley moved with his family back to NL. He spent the last 15 years doing what he loved, long haul truck driving. This was never a lonely job for Morley as he met countless people in his travels and always had a story or a joke to share. Morley will be missed by so many people. None more than his family who he adored. His laugh was infectious and he has left an empty space in the heart of all who knew him. Arrangements entrusted through Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander – Carmanville. To leave a message of condolence, please visit www.staceysfuneralhome.ca
