To Mrs. Way, Bill, Brian and family, So sorry to hear of Mr. Way's passing. We will continue to pray for each of you. While I may not have recognized it as a young person growing up, Mr. Way was a true example of a servant leader. He was committed whole-heartedly, and expected the same from his many bands. He encouraged you to push yourself beyond what you thought you could accomplish, and was excited for you when you achieved what he set out before you. "See, I told ya!" Most importantly, he was invested in people. When I was 15 and involved in a car accident, he was the first person from the corps to come to our door and see how I was doing. A dedicated, encouraging, caring servant of God. We are very grateful for how he influenced our lives and our Christian growth. He will always be remembered with love and gratitude.
